We want you to love your purchase! If it doesn't work out, please refer to our return policy below on how to send it back to us for refund. 

Final Sale Items 

All jewelry, handbags, hats, beanies, home goods, sale and marked down items are considered final sales.

In-Store & Online Return Policy:

BHD will happily accept any returns or exchanges that meet the following requirements!  


  • All original tags must be attached and clothing must be unwashed, unworn and In original condition. 

  • Online or in-store returns must have the original receipt.

  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date. 

  • All jewelry, handbags, hats, beanies, sale items, home goods are FINAL SALE. 

  • Items in poor or damaged condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements.  

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.   Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable and you will not receive a credit for it. 

Online purchases can be returned in person to our storefront. 


All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end.

Damaged Items 

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged subject to availability. If items cannot be replaced, we offer a refund. Please notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at

We ask that you please include photos of the damage to expedite the process. 

Order Processing

We ship 5 days a week (excluding holidays).  Order processing can be 1-2 business days - but usually same day!
